- That’s right, as a Seller’s Agent exclusively representing our Sellers best interests we charge a low 1.5% commission, it’s just that simple. Most full service Realtors charge more than double this fee to represent a seller. Plus we provide more marketing exposure - more service for less, that's what we're all about!
- Our seller representation fee is collected when our Seller’s property closes.
- We will assist unrepresented buyers (i.e. a seller’s agent working with a buyer) saving you thousands more.
- We cooperate with Buyer’s agents and encourage them to bring their buyers to our listings.

Remember we are a Full Service firm. Your buyer experience with us will be a pleasant one where we shall search diligently and tirelessly until the right property is found for you and your family. The seller pays our buyer agency commission. We help our buyers financially with what we call “Buyer Assistance”, this is money we give you at closing. You use this money to offset your closing costs. The money we give you will be: - Minimum $500
