This town is located near Cary, the Raleigh-Durham airport, interstate 40 and more recently interstate 540 the outer loop beltline circling the City of Raleigh, highways 54 & 55 and most importantly Research Triangle Park (RTP), it's also a very short distance to downtown Raleigh. The population of this small ten square area town is approximately 15,000. This is a prime location for new businesses coming to the area and for a primary residence because of the easy work commutes, excellent schools and infrastructure as well as the superb quality of life this small town has to offer.
