Jeff was very attentive and responsive to exactly what we were looking for in a house and yard, and he selected specific properties for us to look at. His selections were right on; in fact we ended up purchasing the house that he showed us first. If we said we did not like a house, we moved on without any question. After the contract is accepted, Jeff really shines. He answered all of our questions (tons of them) and responded quickly. He always looked out for our best interests when dealing with the seller (builder in our case) in terms of repairs or requests. He took care of all of the communications with the seller, and even recommended an excellent mortgage consultant. The house we purchased did not have gutters and when we raised the question of getting gutters, Jeff called and got us an estimate without us having to ask. He also referred a contractor for the fence that we want to install for our dogs. He went out of his way, on weekends and evenings, to show us the house, helped us with the punch list, fielded our telephone calls, and made sure the entire process from contract to closing was smooth and painless. We've used a few real estate agents before, both buying and selling, and Jeff is by far the best. We enjoyed working with him, and will definitely recommend him to friends who are interested in buying or selling.
